The charming city has a population of about 1.2 million and boasts close proximity to stunning beaches, world-class vineyards, lush farmland and high-quality produce, rolling hills and bushland, and a cosmopolitan CBD. Public transportation is convenient and the Mediterranean climate makes the weather very pleasant for most of the year.
